• You will not engage in illegal activities or anything promoting such actions, including spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Any user content stored or transferred through Hostliger must comply with our standards; we reserve the right to remove content that violates this agreement.

3. Abuse of Resources

Using services to compromise network devices or to launch attacks (e.g., DDoS) is strictly prohibited. Violations or suspected violations will be investigated, potentially resulting in immediate termination of service.

4. Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM)

Sending unsolicited commercial email or bulk emails using our services is prohibited. Accounts sending spam will face immediate suspension or termination.

5. Transfers/Migrations

Hostliger offers free migration services for your website when transferring from another provider. You understand that while we will make every effort to assist, you are responsible for ensuring successful migration.

6. Bandwidth Regulations

If your account exceeds allocated bandwidth limits, you will be contacted regarding your options. Continued overage without resolution may lead to temporary suspension of services.

7. Unmetered Bandwidth

While we do not impose bandwidth limits for normal operations, excessive usage that jeopardizes server stability may require you to upgrade or may impose restrictions.

8. Reseller Hosting Terms

Resellers must ensure compliance with these terms by their clients, maintaining customer service and support responsibilities. Hostliger is not liable for actions taken by resellers or their users.

9. Hostliger as a Reseller or Sub-Licensor

We utilize third-party services and are not liable for any issues arising from these services.

10. Account Details

To utilize our services, creating an account is required. You must provide accurate and complete information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

11. Domain Registration

Hostliger cannot guarantee domain name availability. All registered domains are in your name, and accuracy of contact information in WHOIS records is your responsibility.

12. Domain Infringement

You must avoid registering domain names that infringe on trademarks or are misleadingly similar to existing brands.

13. Domain Renewal

You will receive reminders for domain renewal. Failure to renew domains in time may result in removal.

14. Free Domain Offer

A free domain is provided with specific hosting plans for the first year, after which standard renewal charges apply.

15. Backup Policy

Backup of content is your responsibility. While Hostliger may provide backups, we are not liable for data loss.

16. Service Uptime

We strive for a 99.95% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance.

17. Money Back Guarantee

Our shared, cloud, and reseller hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Subsequent refunds will be processed as per our policies.

18. Billing Policy

Payments made through various methods are processed immediately, with additional time given for cheque payments.

19. Late Payment

Failure to pay may lead to service suspension or termination.

20. Pricing and Promotions

Hostliger regularly evaluates services and may offer promotions to new clients. These may not apply to renewals.

21. Taxes

Prices listed are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

22. Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests can be made through your account. It is your responsibility to backup data before cancellation.

23. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated for various reasons, including non-payment or violation of terms.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Hostliger against all claims arising from your use of our services.
